1981 - 1995
1981 : Entered MV instrument transformer manufacturing under ECS – Unit 1
1981 : Set up ECS-Unit 3 (Stamping Division) for in-house CRGO/CRNGO laminations.
1990 : Founded Baroda Moulds & Dies (Epoxy Components) and ECS-Unit 2 (Control Coil Division).
1995 : Launched Kaizen Switchgear Products to serve the export market.
1997 - 2009
1997 : Began our export journey, expanding our global presence.
1999 : Received Export Excellence Awards, strengthening our position as a leading exporter.
2003 : Started production of dry-type CTs/VTs for outdoor applications.
2004 : Honored with the Excellence Award for Production, Quality, Innovation & Management.
2005 : Adopted APG technology for CT/VT manufacturing to enhance quality and efficiency.
2009 - 2020
2009 : Introduced online APG molding with HEDRICH systems, advancing automated production.
2012 : Became the exclusive global supplier of hydraulic valve coils for EATON (UK & Korea).
2015 : Established ECS-4 (High Voltage Division) to expand into HV solutions.
2016 : Launched HV Instrument Transformers CTs/PTs up to 220 kV.
2017 : Entered the solar energy sector with GB Solar and EPC capabilities.
2018 : Began manufacturing Cast Resin / Dry-Type Transformers.
2019 : Started production of OIP condenser and high-current bushings.
2020 - 2025
2020 : Expanded MV & HV GIS Components portfolio for advanced switchgear needs.
2022 : Developed non-conventional current & voltage sensors.
2023 : Developed custom inductors for BHEL locomotives (1Ø & 3Ø).
2024 : Entered new segments with Pad-Mounted Transformers.
2025 : Achieved UL certification for VPI Transformers.
2025 : Transitioned all companies from partnership to a Private Limited.
2025 : Expanded capacity with ECS-4 high-voltage plant.
2025 : Added Baroda Moulds & Dies – Unit 2 to support increased production demand.
