We
at Epoxy House use the best available testing facilities
for Electrical, Mechanical & other required test
for Insulators, Bushings CTS & PTS. We have partial
discharge detector model 5 from world best manufacturer
Robinson, UK. For Ratio & Phase angle measurement
of CTs & PTs we are using world favorite Olman Canadian
comparator. We have High voltage testing facilities
up to 170KV which is suitable to test Electrical components
up to 66KV system voltage. Our High voltage sources
are discharge free for partial discharge measurement
of Bushings, Insulators CTS & PTS up to 66KV system
voltage.
We
have the heat distortion temperature measurement oven
to find the proper polymerization of various systems
of Resins with Hardners. We can also do all mechanical
test like Impact strength, compression strength flexural
strength, Cantilever strength etc. on universal testing
machine.
Our
next door is 'ERDA' an independent test laboratory who
can test all electrical & mechanical routine &
type test required for our range of products. They can
carry out the test as per DIN, IEC, UL, ANSI, BS, VDE
or another equivalent standard including temperature
cycle test from -25°C to 105°C. They can also
carry out short circuit test up to 80KA/1sec & impulse
test up to 1200 kV peak.
We
can test all incoming materials like copper-rods, flats
section etc for conductivity, and chemical composition,
Hardness of the material. Copper wires are also tested
for resistance measurement, enamelling adhesion test,
coating thickness of enamel on wire, breakdown voltage
test, roundness of conductor etc. We can also test plating
thickness or paint thickness of ferrous parts using
nondestructive method by imported instrument & also
plating thickness of non-ferrous parts by 'GEDET' meter.
Our
standard room at Epoxy House is Equipped with 'TESA'
make digital 600mm Height gauge having 0.001mm accuracy,
all standard Ring & plug GO / NOGO thread gauges
& bore gauges. Our test labs are Equipped with additional
testing facilities for CTS, PTS, Coils etc to test shorted
turns using shorted turns meter, No of turns measurement,
Surge Comparison test & temperature rise test up
to 10,000 Amps capacity.
We carry out all necessary and final in-process check
as per our standard written procedure manual required
as per ISO 9001 quality procedure guide line to maintain
consistent high quality standard of our products. Our
testing engineers are well qualified & thoroughly
trained at professional training center like ERDA, Baroda
time to time.
We are quite confident to offer world class Resin cast
products up to 66KV system voltage for switchgear &
transformer Industries, by using almost all in-house
test facilities & support from independent test
lab.
