At Epoxy House, we have latest state of the art manufacturing plants and latest machineries which includes Vacuum casting plant having capacity of 150 kgs mix handling and a vaccuum/pouring chamber having size 2000 mm in dia and 2000 mm in length and can handle the moulding tool weighing about 800 to 1000 kgs. We have numbers of Automatic pressure gelation machines which can produce the component starting from 100gms to 35 kilograms .These machines can accommodate mould maximum in size of 1000 mm length,600 mm width and 1000 mm height weighing maximum upto 1500 kgs. We have the latest state of the art resin mix/hardner mix preparation tank having vacuum and temperature controls as required with mix dispensing facilities using static mixture. Numbers of air circulating ovens are available for preheating of the moulds and assemblies curing and post curing of the components. All the ovens are fitted with microprocessor based temperature scanners and recorders.

For manufacturing of CTs and PTs, we have numbers of toroidal core winding machines to wind the secondaries of CTs and coil winding machines for Primary winding of PT coils .For oil cooled CTs/PTs we use vacuum impregnation of transformer oil and latest transformer oil filtration plant. For moulding of CTs/PTs upto 33 kV system voltage normally we use vacuum casting plant and all the moulds are high gloss chrome-plated to obtain superior finish of the casting. We also use Automatic Pressure gelation technique for producing large volume of Instrument Transformers against specific need of the customer.

For manufacturing of SMC/DMC components, we have numbers of hydraulic vertical presses starting for 50 Tons to 600 Tons capacity and can handle the mould size of 1000 mm length,1000 mm width and about 1000 mm in length weighing maximum upto 2500 kgs.

For manufacturing of Coils/electromagnets we have number of NC winding multi spindle machines and numbers of pressure gelation machines for moulding of coils and coil assemblies. We also have hydraulic presses to mfre the moulded coils in large volumes by using Transfer DMC material. We have vacuum impregnation facilities where we require to impregnate the winding wherever necessary.
